AX Audit Terms of Service
Last updated: October 30, 2026· Applies to ainative.ax ("AX Audit," "WebMCP Audit"), a product of AINative Lab, Inc.
1. Acceptance of terms
By submitting a URL to scan, creating an account, or otherwise using AX Audit or WebMCP Audit, you agree to this document, the AX Audit Privacy Policy, and — except where superseded as stated above — the general ainative.studio Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use AX Audit.
2. The service
AX Audit scans publicly accessible websites and APIs you submit and produces a score, report, and related data ("Scan Data") describing how well that site can be discovered, understood, and used by AI agents. WebMCP Audit evaluates a site's registered document.modelContext tools specifically. Features including monitoring, workspace management, and remediation guidance may be offered on paid plans described at ainative.ax/pricing.
3. Your right to scan a domain
You represent that you have the right to request a scan of any domain you submit — either because you own or control it, or because the scan only accesses information that domain already makes publicly available to any visitor or crawler (the same access a normal web browser or search engine has). AX Audit does not attempt to bypass authentication, paywalls, or access controls.
4. Data licensing, AI training, and monetization
As stated in the AX Audit Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that data generated through your use of AX Audit or WebMCP Audit — including Scan Data, the email address and any account data you provide, and agent-simulation transcripts — may be sold, licensed, used to train AI models, and shared with third parties including AI labs, corporations, developers, and government entities, at AINative's discretion. This is a condition of using AX Audit, not an optional add-on. See the Privacy Policy for how to opt out of having your personal information specifically sold or licensed, and for deletion requests.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
AX Audit accounts are part of AINative's shared platform account system. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not use AX Audit to scan domains at a rate or volume intended to degrade the target site's availability, to circumvent access controls, or to build a competing agent-readiness scanning product using data obtained through your account in violation of your plan's terms.
6. Intellectual property
AX Audit, its scoring methodology, and its software are the property of AINative and its licensors, consistent with the general ainative.studio Terms of Service. You retain ownership of the domains and sites you submit for scanning; you grant AINative the rights described in Section 4 above over the Scan Data and related data we generate from that submission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
AX Audit scores and reports are provided "as is" for informational purposes and do not guarantee that any AI agent will successfully discover, understand, or transact with a scanned site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AINative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AX Audit or reliance on its results.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to AX Audit for violation of these terms, including the acceptable-use restrictions in Section 5. You may stop using AX Audit, and request account deletion, at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update this document at any time; the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of AX Audit after a change constitutes acceptance.
